Lightening Fast Service - Late on the night of Feb. 15, our house was struck by lightening. It caused severe damage to the structure, appliances and electrical wiring. We called our State Farm Agent, Brian Wenzel, Saturday at 8:30 am at his home. By 10 am he had Doc Lovell from Advance Restoration Services at our home.

Lovell called Larry Lehmann from W. E. Electrical. By 11:30 am Lehmann had a replacement spider box and extension cords set up to supply us with electricity.

Lovell worked with us to replacement appliances and other electrical items that were burned up. He had Joe Brown from Arctic Air replace the central heat in a timely manner. We also couldn't have been more impressed with the work of State Farms claims adjuster, Doug Bebe.

You always hear complaining about service. These people were outstanding.
